PERFECT NUDE LIP | CHARLOTTE TILBURY, TARTE AND NARS

I don't think many beauty bloggers would admit to this but I've never actually been a fan of the nude lip. I've always found that it washed me out and didn't suit my skin tone. That all changed when I found the right nude lip combination.

I have three go to products for a no fuss nude lip, which is perfect for every day wear and for any look. I know this is said too much amongst the beauty community, but this combination of products creates the your lips but better look.

Step 1) Line and fill in those puckers with Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk. This lip pencil is designed to reshape and resize your lips, think Kylie Jenner! Personally, I don't use the pencil to create larger lips but to make sure my lipstick stays on all day.
Step 2) Swipe a little Tarte Glamazon Lipstick in Inspired, all over that pout. It's a perfect match for Pillow Talk and the matte consistency means that colour isn't going anywhere.
Step 3) Apply the delightful Nars Lipgloss in Coeur Sucre to the centre of your pout for the perfect amount of shine and ta da you're done!

  1. I feel the same about nude lips. I'm so pale they usually don't look good on me. I have a Nyx matte nude that looks awful on me! But I also had to find the right color and the right combo. These are very lovely products, I'm liking the look of the Tarte lipstick. xx

  2. Unlike you, I love nude lips. Them and orange are all I really wear. It's great that you've found something that works for you though! xx

  3. I truly love the Charlote Tilbury lip liner! Best thing I've found this year. I'm in a nude-loving phase at the moment, so I get my hands on everything I can, lol. That Tarte lipstick looks very promising...

    1. Both products are amazing. The whole Charlotte Tilbury brand has been my obsession.

  4. I totally agree! I typically avoid a nude lip because I have medium skin with yellow undertones and very pigmented lips, so most nudes make me look dead. I've found that the nudes need to be a little darker, and a brownish-pink in order to look nice on against my skin. :)
